Andrew Kafkaris MRICS, Director

As the Director of Bruton Street Management, Andrew is responsible for all estate management and client service matters at the firm.

Bringing over 20 years of property experience, Andrew has advised some of the UK’s largest and best known property companies. He continues to serve many of these clients on a consultancy basis.

Andrew is well known for his technical expertise, astute market knowledge, and strong network of contacts at a high level throughout the property industry. More recently he has guided the firm into the private rented sector (Build to Rent) through specialist division, Bruton Realty.

Andrew studied at the University of Reading, is a chartered surveyor and a non-executive director of the Royal Geographical Society. He is also a Sunday Times expert on leasehold matters. Andrew leads the firm’s philanthropic activities.
